These Fine Art works are printed on the highest quality, museum grade 100% cotton photo rag with beautiful Fine Art Pigment Inks.

Please note, as these images were captured on film, natural grain, some blurriness and imperfections may be noticeable. These ‘imperfections’ are in the nature of film photography and what create a unique artwork. Returns will not be accepted due to grain or slight imperfections in images. Please see sample photos before purchasing.

All prints can optionally be framed.

All framing is done by hand, with locally sourced sustainable Australian timber (or on occasion, hand made in Italy).

Framing options and sizes:

Tasmanian Oak (Raw timber) - Small box framing 15mm x 30 mm
Heartwood (Raw timber) - Small box framing 15mm x 30 mm
Coal Timber (Ultra Matte) - Box framing 30 x 22 mm
Limewash White Timber (Ultra Matte) - Box framing 30 x 22 mm

The sizes of framing slightly varies between the ‘Ultra Matte’ and ‘Raw timber’ options. Please consider this, as frame profile sizes won’t be consistent (for example, when purchasing multiple frames for a gallery wall).

Please note, Tasmanian Oak and Heartwood timbers are natural and unfinished, giving a raw and varied look. Slight variations in colour and texture may occur.

All works are deliberately printed to order, to avoid waste and to maintain high quality sustainable practices.

Print only orders will be printed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.

All frames are handmade to order and will require additional time to complete. Generally, it is a 3-4 week lead time on Print + Frame orders. After this time, products will be shipped and tracking information will be provided.

AUS orders:

For Australian orders, a flat rate of $50 AUD will apply. Please allow 10-14 business days for Fine Artwork to be delivered. Unexpected delays may occur due to peak times, holiday periods or unexpected circumstances. If you have any concerns with your order delivery times, please contact the delivery service directly or contact Studio Vacanza, and we will try our best to be of assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

PLEASE NOTE, LARGE FRAMING (80cm and over) IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. - Please contact Studio Vacanza for more information.

For international orders, a flat rate of $100 AUD will apply.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for international delivery. A tracking number will be provided once items are sent. Items will be packaged carefully and protected to the best of our ability. Studio Vacanza is not liable for any damage to prints or frames while in transit to destination.

To the best of our ability, Studio Vacanza provides up to date lead times and tracking updates. Once your item has shipped, your confirmation email will be sent. Quoted times above act as a guide only and any delays will not be accepted as a request for refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Please choose carefully as all artworks are made to order. Refunds/Returns for change of mind are not accepted. Refund requests are also not accepted due to accidental wrong selection at check out.

Items will be packaged carefully and protected to the best of our ability. Studio Vacanza is not liable for any damage to prints or frames while in transit to destination. In the unlikely event that production/manufacturing fault has occurred, Studio Vacanza will replace your product at no cost to you. To claim a refund in this circumstance, Studio Vacanza requires the request in writing within 48 hours of receiving the faulty product. Variations of grain, some blurriness or imperfections are due the film photography format and will not be considered a fault and therefore not accepted for a request of a refund.

To the best of our ability, Studio Vacanza provides up to date lead times and tracking updates. Quoted times for printing, framing and delivery above act as a guide only and any delays will not be accepted as a request for refund.

Studio Vacanza will not refund or replace any product where in our reasonable opinion, the product has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with our instructions. Products will be replaced at Studio Vacanza’s discretion.

TAXES & DUTIES:

Import duties, customs and local sales taxes are not included in the listed retail prices.The individual purchasing the item is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes and delays.

To comply with Australian Export Regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and mark them as “artworks”.
